How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders generally 2-4 weeks to be received - Tracking information is available at checkout. Please contact us if you have any concerns about your order.

Free standard shipping is available on all orderswith expedited and/or tracking information available at checkout.

What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 60 days for a full refund or exchange. The product must be in its original packaging and in new, unused condition. Please contact us to initiate a return.

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to cancel the order before it is shipped. Once the order is shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

What should I do if I receive a defective product?

We take quality control very seriously, but if you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately. We will provide a replacement or refund for the defective product.

Why did I receive my order in multiple packages?

Occasionally, orders may be shipped in multiple packages due to supply chain pressures and to ensure that all orders as dispatched and quickly as possible. Please note that the remaining packages may arrive separately in the coming days.

Can I change my shipping address after I've placed my order?

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to change the address before the order is shipped. Once the order is shipped, we are unable to change the address.
